Our Story

Pravii Knowledge Partners was incorporated in 2021 with an aim to provide the finest commercial real estate services to its clients across US and Canada.

After gaining over two decades of significant experience working with global organizations such as BlackRock, Deloitte, and Sun Life, Sonal Mamtani decided it was time to use her real estate experience to give shape to her own vision of creating a boutique firm focusing at real estate finance and investment industry, and so Pravii was incepted.

Sonal portrays extensive experience in commercial real estate underwriting, asset management, and developing real estate analytical talent. To build her team, she strives to hand-pick people who understand the quality and time demands of the global market, and are adept at assimilating large amounts of information quickly and accurately to help look after the entire client asset lifecycle.

Our Leadership

Sonal is a real estate professional with over two decades of significant experience in business operations related to CRE underwriting and Asset Management. She is an expert on US and Canada real estate markets. Having gained and enhanced her knowledge working with global organizations such as Sun Life Financial, Deloitte, Black Rock and GE Capital, she has a strategic outlook towards financial real estate, and excels at developing big-picture vision.

A driving career objective for Sonal has been to develop meaningful relationships, and while she is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, she equally enjoys rolling her sleeves to ensure the delivery of outstanding commercial performance. She takes pride in being an ambassador for diversity and inclusion at Pravii, and has led a number of initiatives on speed mentoring, D&I training, and keynote addresses.
